Az ősz multával a téli idő köszönt ránk. A
hőmérséklet
jelentősen lehűl, a csapadék mennyisége növekszik. Vannak kutyatartók,
nem
kevesen, akik az apró termetű kutyákat preferálják. Ők igen közel
tartózkodnak
a talajhoz, ezért érdemes nekik ebben a számukra nem túl kedvező
időszakban
valamilyen ruhát beszerezni, kivált kép, ha rövid szőrű a kedvencünk
pl:(chihua-hua). Azonban ebbe a kategóriába tartoznak yorkshire
terrierek,
bichonok. Természetesen nem csak az aprótermetű kutyáknak, hanem
középtermetű
társaiknak is érdemes ruhát vásárolni. Vannak olyan ruhák amelyek
kifejezetten a kutya testhőmérsékletének megörzésére
szolgál, és vannak olyanok, melyek elsősorban a csapadéktól óvják
a kutya bundáját. Léteznek különböző méretű lábbelik is,
ezek a hótól és a sártól védik meg a kutyák mancsait.
Vásárolható mancskrém kedvenceink számára,
melynek segítségével a hótól és esőtől áztatott , sótól
mart lábvégeket lehet hatékonyan kezelni.
Etetés
Télen, főleg a szabadban tartott kedvencünk
számára megemelt ételadagot kell adnuk. Ebben az időszakban sokkal
nagyobb a kutyák energia felhasználása, hiszen testhőmérséletüket
szinten kell tartani. Kiváltképpen akkor fontos, ha nincs egy
megfelelően téliesetett lakhelye kedvencünknek.
Mi a teendőnk:
Magas energia tartalmú tápot kell etetnünk a kutyával és
lehetőleg emelt adagban. Ilyen tipusú tápok minden komolyabb
állateledel boltban vásárolhatok. Nagy hidegben, naponta legalább kétszer etessük meg kutyánkat, életkorától függetlenül.
Tartás
A tél beálltával feltétlenül biztisítsunk
kedvencünknek egy téliesített kutyaházat. Ja, és házat nem ólat, ólban
a disznók szoktak lakni. Erre több lehetőségünk is adódik. Ha van egy
kis kézügyességünk magunk is megoldhatjuk ezt a problémát. Ha viszont
nincs, vásárolhatunk készen, kiváló minőségű hószigetelt
kutyaházat. A kutyaház bejáratára hőszigetelő függöny is beszerezhető.
Ha még ez is kevésnek bizonyulna fűtőszerkezetet is tehetünk ebünk
házába. Ez olyan biztonságos technikai megoldással készül, hogy
kedvencünk se, magában, se a termékben ne tudjon kárt tenni. Ilyen
fűtő szerkezet szintén beszerezhető.
